Deborah Morrish

As a career adjudicator with more than 35 years of experience, Deborah Morrish is uniquely qualified to serve on the immigration and refugee board. Her past experiences include serving as vice-chair of the Ontario Social Assistance Review Board, assistant deputy chair of the immigration and refugee board, and consultant for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in South Africa. She also has extensive experience advocating for refugees, identifying practical solutions, and developing ongoing adjudicative strategic plans.
